The Lavin family love the outdoors and mum Jennifer knew from the start that she wanted their family photos taken on Buncrana’s Lisfannon beach! The kids spent most of their days playing outdoors and were delighted to have the expanse of a beach to tear around having plenty of fun while I captured their portraits!
Little Oran tried to keep up with his bigger siblings but his little legs didn’t have the pace yet so he was happy to explore the beach and the waves, having a dig in the sand and checking out the shells and rocks laying around. Boisterous Fintan was much more interesting in making the most of the space and running around as much as possible, inspecting the jellyfish and digging holes that quickly lost his interest for more running instead! Maeve enjoyed following Fintan around and trying to race him, almost winning one race when Fintan become distracted and forgot to run! She was certainly not camera shy and loved posing for all the photos!
Mum & dad were a bit camera shy, as parents tend to be, and were happy to watch the kids running around, showing Oran items to investigate and keeping the energy up with the older pair through tickles and roaring competitions!
I had a great afternoon with this fun family and their photos capture the never-ending fun between everyone!
